    NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Gustavus women and men’s swimming and diving teams had top finishes in 22 events in their Friday meet at Carleton. The Gustie women won 161-139 while the men won by a margin of 175-96.

  • Men’s Basketball Second Half Woes Result in 69-55 Loss

    SAINT PETER, Minn. – Despite a neck and neck battle against a tough Saint John’s lineup, the Gustavus men’s basketball team was halted in a second-half defeat on Wednesday night where they took a 69-55 loss and move to 6-6 overall and 3-4 in the MIAC. 

  • Redding, Corbett Named WIAC Gymnasts of the Week

    MADISON, Wis. – Gustavus student-athletes Sophia Redding (Sr., St. Paul) and Annie Corbett (Jr., Brookfield, Wis.) have been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Gymnastics Athletes of the Week. Redding is the Specialist of the Week and Corbett is the All-Around Gymnast of the Week.

  • Gymnastics Scores 181.975 in loss to UW-La Crosse

    LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Gustavus gymnastics team traveled to UW-La Crosse Friday and scored a 181.975. The Eagles won the dual with a score of 185.650. 

  • Winter Sports Canceled Jan. 8-10

    Due to the increased number of COVID cases, recent NCAA guidelines, and policy changes that will soon take place, all Gustavus athletic events on Jan. 8, 9, and 10 are postponed. The MIAC contests are considered forfeit losses for the Gusties under the current MIAC policy.

    WINONA, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s basketball team resumed conference play when they traveled to Saint Mary’s on Wednesday night.   • Men’s Basketball Opens 2022 with 82-69 Win Over Crown

    SAINT PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s basketball team hosted Crown College for a non-conference New Year’s Day game. The Gusties were victorious in the 82-69 final and move to 5-5 overall and remain 2-3 in the MIAC. Nolan Malo (Sr., Owatonna) had team highs of 18 points and 11 rebounds.

  • Men’s Hockey Wins 7-2 at Concordia-Wisconsin

    MEQUON, Wis. – The Gustavus men’s hockey team traveled to Wisconsin on Saturday for a 2021 non-conference closer. The Gusties took a 7-2 win and improve to 3-7-1 and remain 0-3-1 in the MIAC. Seniors Patrick Gazich (Sr., Minnetonka) and Connor Clemons (Sr., Savage) each had a pair of goals in the process.
