    The Gustavus baseball team handed Saint John’s loses of 9-3 and 7-2 on Saturday, completing the three-game series sweep. The Gusties improve to 9-1 overall and 4-1 in the MIAC, while the No. 22-ranked Johnnies drop to 10-4 overall and 0-3 in the league.

    The Gustavus baseball team Friday started its three-game series with No. 22 Saint John’s with an 8-3 victory at the Gustie Baseball Field. The Gusties blasted four home runs in the game while the pitching staff tossed eight scoreless innings and limited the Johnnies to seven hits.

  • Gymnastics Defeats Winona State in Season Finale

    The Gustavus gymnastics team capped its 2021 season Thursday with a 180.000-179.875 victory over Winona State. The Gusties finish with a 2-2 record in their four dual meets this year. 

  • Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

    The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Thursday announced its cross country academic awards and both the Gustavus men’s and women’s teams were recognized.

  • Wednesday Night Volleyball Postponed

    Wednesday night’s (March 31) Gustavus volleyball season-opening home match against Hamline is postponed due to COVID-19 testing protocols. The match is rescheduled for Tuesday, April 20 starting at 7 p.m.

  • Softball Schedule Adjustments

    Saturday’s (April 3) home doubleheader against Hamline is postponed to April 27, starting at 3:30 p.m. Next Wednesday’s (April 7) home doubleheader against Augsburg is now moved up to this Saturday (April 3) starting at 11 a.m. And next Tuesday’s (April 6) non-conference home doubleheader against UW-Superior is cancelled.

  • Hanson Named MIAC Baseball Player of the Week

    Jack Hanson (Jr., Minnetonka) led Gustavus to a 4-1 record last week by batting 11-for-22 (.500) with four runs, three home runs, and 10 runs batted in. For his performance, Hanson has been named MIAC Athlete of the Week.
