    The Gustavus men’s and women’s track & field teams competed in their first meet of the year Friday at the Minnesota State University-Mankato Invitational.

    The Gustavus women’s hockey team Friday opened its MIAC series with a decisive 7-0 win over St. Olaf. The No. 6-ranked Gusties improve to 9-2 overall and 5-0 in the MIAC

  • Strong Second Half Leads Women’s Hoops Over Saint Ben’s

    The Gustavus women’s basketball team Wednesday erased a five-point halftime deficit en route to a 71-60 victory at Saint Benedict. The Gusties improve to 9-2 overall and 7-1 in the MIAC.

  • Men’s Hockey Weekend Series vs. St. Olaf Postponed

    The Gustavus men’s hockey MIAC home-home series vs. St. Olaf, scheduled for Friday, Jan. 7 in Saint Peter and Saturday, Jan. 8 in Northfield, is postponed due to COVID testing protocols within both programs.

  • No. 6 Women’s Hockey Shuts Out No. 9 Adrian 3-0

    After a three week break, the Gustavus women’s hockey team started 2022 with a 3-0 win over Adrian on Thursday night. The No. 6-ranked Gusties outshot the No. 9-ranked Bulldogs 38-9 to improve to 8-2 overall. 

  • Women’s Basketball Rolls to 81-49 Win Over Saint Mary’s

    The Gustavus women’s basketball team scored a season high in points Wednesday evening, defeating Saint Mary’s 81-49 at Gus Young Court, improving to 8-2 overall and 6-1 in the MIAC. The Gusties shot 45.3 percent from the field with 13 different players scoring. 

  • Swim & Dive Meet Saturday at CSB/SJU Canceled

    The Gustavus men’s and women’s swimming & diving meet scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Saint Ben’s/Saint John’s has been canceled due to COVID testing protocols. The Gusties are next scheduled to compete on Friday, Jan. 14 at Carleton.

  • Track & Field Elite Prospect Camp Set for Jan. 15

    The Gustavus track & field program will host its Elite Prospect Camp on Saturday, Jan. 15. The camp is available to high school juniors and seniors who are interested in competing in college track & field. 

  • Women’s Hoops Claims New Year’s Day Win Over UW-Stout

    The Gustavus women’s basketball team kicked off 2022 with a 69-53 win over UW-Stout on Saturday. The Gusties used a 29-point second quarter to gain a comfortable lead and held on for the remainder of the game, improving to 7-2 on the season.

  • Holtan Garners Second Consecutive CoSIDA Academic All-America Honor

    Gustavus volleyball player Kate Holtan (Sr., Rochester) has been selected to the 2021 CoSIDA Academic All-America Volleyball Team, which was announced Thursday. Academic All-America Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.
