Softball Bats Come Alive in Split at Saint Mary’s

The Gustavus softball team scored 18 runs on 25 hits Sunday in a doubleheader split at Saint Mary's. The Gusties won game one 9-2 before dropping the second game 11-9, moving to 12-18 overall and 7-9 in the MIAC.

Men’s Golf Takes Second at SJU Spring Invite

No. 19 Gustavus men's golf wrapped up the regular season Sunday with a second place finish at the Saint John's Spring Invitational, held at Monticello Country Club. The Gusties scored a 19-over par 303, five strokes behind the host Johnnies. 

Gustie Track Competes in Carleton Relays

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Both the Gustavus women's and men's track teams had strong showings in a conference meet at Carleton on Saturday, competing in the best temps they've seen all season. 

Baseball Picks Up a Pair of Wins Against the Cardinals

 The Gustavus baseball team completed the sweep of Saint Mary's University on Saturday with victories of 7-2 and 8-3. The Gusties are now 22-6 overall and 9-3 in the MIAC. Additionally, Jack Hanson (Sr., Minnetonka) hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning of game two, making him the first Gustie to hit 10 home runs in a season since Tony Konicek in 2007.

Men’s Golf Takes Third at SJU Winter Classic, Pedersen Earns Medalist

The Gustavus men's golf team took third place out of 16 teams Saturday at the Saint John's Winter Classic. The Gusties scored a seven-over 295, just one stroke back of UW-Eau Claire and two strokes behind Saint John's. 

Men’s Tennis Beats Carleton 7-2

SAINT PETER, Minn. - The Gustavus men's tennis team defeated the Carleton Knights 7-2 in its final home match of the regular season and improve to 20-10 overall and 8-0 in the MIAC. 

Weather Shortens Women’s Golf at Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite

Lightning and storms cut the first round short at the Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite on Saturday at Willingers Golf Club. The Gusties finished on holes 12, 13, and 14 and are 32-over par, sitting in fourth place out of 14 teams. 

Women’s Tennis Cruises Past Bethel 8-1

The No. 35-ranked Gustavus women's tennis team cruised to an 8-1 victory over Bethel on Saturday at the Swanson Tennis Center.
