BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Gustavus reliever Damon Rademacher (Sr., Princeton) picked up his second save of the season in a 3-1 win over St. Thomas and earned the win at Bethel, improving to 3-0 this year. Against the Tommies, Rademacher closed out the seventh without allowing a hit and striking out one for the save. Against the Royals, Rademacher entered the game in the sixth inning and pitched four scoreless innings of relief without allowing a run on four hits and one strikeout. He finished the week with a 0.00 ERA in five innings of relief with four hits and two strikeouts. Rademacher has not allowed an earned run in 13 innings this season. For his performance, Rademacher has been named MIAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.
