The Gustavus football team Saturday afternoon competed against another school for the first time since the last game of the 2019 season. The Gusties travelled 15 miles south to take on Minnesota State-Mankato in a joint practice/scrimmage.

The Gustavus baseball team opened MIAC play Friday at Saint Mary’s and came away with a doubleheader split. The Gusties won game one 10-3 and dropped the second game 9-5.

The Gustavus baseball team continued to swing hot bats Thursday afternoon, defeating St. Scholastica 13-5 in non-conference action at the Gustie Baseball Field. The Gusties collected 18 hits with 12 RBI while improving to 3-0 overall.
