Men’s and Women’s Hockey Players Honored as AHCA All-American Scholars

The American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) recently announced its sixth annual Krampade All-American Scholars with 12 student-athletes from the Gustavus men’s and women’s hockey teams receiving the academic honor.

Gustie Men’s All-American Scholars

Micah Gernander (Fy., Coleraine)

Clara Billings (Jr., Rochester)

Hannah Grey (Fy., Stillwater)

To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester, and had to appear in 40 percent of the team’s games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders.
