The Gustavus volleyball team traveled to Iowa for the opening matches of the Cornell tournament on Friday night and came away with a pair of wins; 3-0 over Cornell College and 3-1 over Wheaton College. With the wins, the Gusties move to 6-1.

Football Welcomes No. 15 Wartburg Saturday for Home Opener

The Gustavus football team welcomes No. 15-ranked Wartburg for a 1 p.m. non-conference matchup Saturday at Hollingsworth Field in the home opener. Both teams enter the contest 1-0 overall after winning their Week 1 games. The Gusties defeated Buena Vista 80-58 while the Knights beat Monmouth 44-3.
