  • Faculty Spotlight: Dave Stamps

    Dave Stamps (Music) produced Un[chart]ed Territory, March 18-20 for the International Society of Jazz Arrangers & Composers (ISJAC), of which he is a co-founder. The virtual conference featured performances, panel discussions, masterclasses, and poster sessions and was attended by nearly 1,000 registrants spanning 28 countries.

  • Faculty Spotlight: Ursula Lindqvist

    Ursula Lindqvist (Scandinavian Studies) published an article, “Die unerschöpfliche Menschlichkeit des Kinos von Roy Andersson” (The Inexhaustible Humanity of Roy Andersson’s Cinema), pages 66-75 in a special issue of the German journal FILM-KONZEPTE 60(10): 2020 devoted to the work of Swedish filmmaker Roy Andersson.

  • Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

    The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Thursday announced its cross country academic awards and both the Gustavus men’s and women’s teams were recognized.

  • 2021 Golf Season Preview

    The Gustavus men’s and women’s golf teams begin their spring seasons this weekend. The Gustie men head to Illinois Wesleyan on Friday and Saturday while the women travel to play against MSU in Mankato, Minn. on Friday.
