The Friends of the Library-Gustavus Library Associates hosted their annual luncheon for the Festival of St. Lucia on December 7, 2023, welcoming nearly 200 guests to Alumni Hall. Together, we celebrated the St. Lucia court and reflected on the people who bring light to our lives. We also heard from this year’s featured speaker, Meghan Krause ’00, who shared captivating research, helpful frameworks, and practical applications for creating a purpose-powered life. Of course, we also indulged in a traditional Swedish smorgasbord and appreciated the court’s willingness to try lutefisk!
