Faculty Spotlight: Marcia Bunge

Marcia J. Bunge (Religion) has published two chapters in a book that addresses the abuse of Indigenous children in Canada’s residential schools and responds to the “Calls to Action” articulated in the 2015 report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. The book, which includes essays by an interdisciplinary team, is edited by Valerie E. Michaelson and Joan E. Durrant and entitled Decolonizing Discipline: Children, Corporal Punishment, Christian Theologies, and Reconciliation (University of Manitoba Press).
