HASTINGS, Minn. – The Gustavus women’s golf placed second after final rounds of the conference championship on Sunday with Emily Kratz, Erin Ericson, and Sydney Regalado all garnering all-conferencing honors. The Gusties finished with a total score of 311-318-309-938 (+74). St. Catherine was named the conference champion with a total score of 909 (+45).

“It was great to see our women finish in second place,” said Head Coach Scott Moe “Solid effort all around today. Some of the harder holes on the course we managed very well and took advantage of some birdie opportunities. Great to have three all-conference players and Laurel had a great weekend and just missed all-conference by a shot. Hannah provided some much-needed energy this weekend which the players were able to feed off of. And all around a great performance to finish runner up at the conference championship!”

Emily Kratz (Jr., Edina) led the Gusties with her 6th place finish after shooting 76-78-78-232 (+16). Erin Ericson (Jr., Onalaska, Wis.) made all conference for the second year posting 80-80-73-233 (+17) tying in seventh place. Sydney Regalado (Jr., Rosemount) helped the Gusties battle early, finishing 75-82-79-236 (+20) tying in tenth place.

Laurel Ward (So., Bozeman) tied in thirteenth shooting 80-78-79-237 (+21). Hannah Hubbart (So., Hastings) closed the weekend with 83-82-85-250 (+34) to rank twenty-ninth.
