Constitution Day 2020

Constitution Day is an American federal observance that commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787.  Many schools are required to teach about the Constitution on Constitution Day and Citizenship Day, which is observed nationally on September 17th.

Feel free to stop by the library and visit our Constitution Day book display – you can even pick up a FREE pocket copy of the U.S. Constitution.  While you’re here, be sure to visit the Rightfully Hers Pop-Up Display – located on the main floor of the Library, honoring the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment.

If you’re not on campus, we encourage you to visit the library’s online Constitution Day guide for more information.
