Technology Purchasing Update

Starting June 1, 2024, a new College-wide policy governing technology purchases will take effect. This policy covers all technology hardware, software, and subscription services purchased with institutional funds, including, but not limited to, operating budgets, annual gift funds, and endowment funds. The purpose of this policy is to establish a centralized technology procurement process within Technology Services. The main benefits of centralization include improved security awareness, cost savings for the College, and a number of other efficiencies. 

Any relevant purchases made on or after June 1, 2024 will require you to first complete and submit a technology request form. Technology Services will evaluate each submission separately, and provide a response within five business days.
