My research areas involves the impact of physical activity and diet on bone health.  Teaching areas in include Exercise Physiology, Exercise Testing and Prescription, Statistics in Health and Exercise Science, Nutrition, Group Exercise Leadership

What is your teaching style?
It varies based on the course I’m teaching but I always try to keep my classroom comfortable and engaging.  I want students to be a part of the experience and to develop community with each other. 

What tips do you have for student success?

Figure out how you manage your time best and prioritize. 

What do you enjoy outside the classroom?

Being outdoors, live music, family and friends
