The start of the academic year is upon us and Technology Services is here to help you. We’ll have Helpline staff available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Over the summer we worked hard to ensure that, whatever challenges awaited, we’d be better prepared for fall. We introduced a number of new tools and services, bolstered our documentation, and distributed supplemental devices to those who may need them.
