Swim & Dive Qualifies Six for NCAA Championships

The NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee announced the participants for the 2019 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Wednesday and that list included six competitors from Gustavus.

2019 Baseball Season Preview

Four years into the current coaching regime, the Gustavus baseball team has its eyes set on something that hasn’t been achieved since head coach Brad Baker ’80 was a student-athlete. With a balance of experienced veterans and talented underclassmen, the Gusties have high expectations in 2019, aiming for their first MIAC championship in 39 years.

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its women’s basketball postseason awards Wednesday and two Gustavus student-athletes are recognized as All-Conference – seniors Justine Lee (Dawson, Minn.) and Kendall Thompson (Eden Prairie, Minn.).

Sharbono, Malo Garner MIAC Honors for Men’s Basketball

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its men’s basketball postseason awards Tuesday and two Gustavus student-athletes received recognition. Riley Sharbono (Sr., Marshall, Minn.) earned All-Conference Honorable Mention while Nolan Malo (Fy., Owatonna, Minn.) received All First-Year honors.

Nick Aney Named MIAC Men’s Tennis Athlete of the Week

Nick Aney (Fy., Rochester, Minn.) played a large part in the Gustavus men's tennis team winning the consolation title at the ITA Indoor Championships, going a combined 6-0 between singles and doubles in three matches against nationally-ranked teams. For his performance, Aney has been named MIAC Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week.

Women’s Hockey has Four Players Named All-Conference

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its women’s hockey postseason awards Monday afternoon and four Gusties were named All-Conference.

Women’s Tennis Splits Pair of Matches in Washington Sunday

The Gustavus women's tennis team travelled to Walla Walla, Wash. this weekend and played two matches. The Gusties first defeated Whitman 5-4 before falling to Linfield 6-3. With the results the Gusties record moves to 6-6.
